Title: "stop leak" in transer case and tranny?

Can I use this stuff to temporarily stop the leak till i get the time to rip it all apart?  If so...what exactly should i use?

Is it the seals or the case halves? solivent will swell up the seals, the case bolts could be loose if leaking there, put some new gear oil in it. oh ya check your vents,make sure there not cloged,they should be the wobble type.

anything that has gear oil in it has a vent, if the vent gets cloged the thing will leak gear oil.
