I was just wondering if a 2inch body lift with lifted shackles would clear 33-10.50s on a samurai?

According to Calmini you need 5-8 inches of lift to accomodate 33's. I am doing a 6" lift on my Sammi and still chose to go with 31's.
They might clear with shackles/body lift(and a bit of trimming) but you won't have any room to flex.
