Title: rocker damage

hello all,
my ongoing project truck ('93 track) the rockers have been beaten farily bad, too bad to straighten out. I'm trying to make a decent looking truck, what is the best way to repair this area? New metal, rock bars, etc? Anyone have any opinions? Thanks.  ;D
