in the PNW, with what you've said as for use, I'd go TSL's ... they are incredible in muddy/rocky stuff we have.

they will be noisy, a bit "rough" in ride, but the best trail tire 'round here IMO.

32x9.50's should clear ... maybe a bit if BFH at the firewall, and if ya haven't already some fender trimming.

TSL SX's are great with the better side tread.  Just as noisy on the road.  Might be alittle more $ per tire.  Let us know what you select!!   ;D

it'll fit 32x9.50's, but you will need to trim some.

you'll need to trim the front fenders back a bit ... might also need to pund back the firewall a 1/2" or so ...

the rear lip may also hit with 32's ... but only at extreme flex. you can trim them up a bit too, or extend the bumpstops (and limit the flex a tiny bit)

31x10.50's may also need the same treatment (every trac is different). so, IMO, go for 32x9.50's and "make 'em fit"  ;D

check out this for trimming suggestions ...

I'ts not too hard to do a decent job of trimming ...

32in tires with stock gears wouldnt be the best idea...if it were mine id go 31x10.5...at least with that youll still have some hill climbing power

31" tires on a 7" wide wheel won't need too much trimming. If it were me, where you climb a lot of hills, I'd get a 31-12.5, and mount them on 8" or 10" rims so you have good stability, but you will need to trim more. I'd definatly get a mud terrain whichever way you go.

I run 31/11.5/16 Super Swamper TSL/LTB's and it is all my 1.8L wants to turn them. They were only about $110 each and they are very aggresive.

If you have stock rims I think they are 7" wide. I run the 11.5's on my stock wheels and they fit great. If you want some cheaper tires check out that retread place that some guys have referred to on here. I cannot remember the name but they have pretty good deals on mud tires. I'm not sure where you are at but someone has some 15" Swampers for sale in the garage sale. Also if you are anywhere close to IL, I have a set of Ford truck 15x7" steel rims that will fit the Zuk's. Just come and get them and they are all yours.

Stock rims are 5.5" wide with 4.25" of backspacing. A 31" or 32" will rub the frame, your tires will wear strange, and it might feel tippy.

you can fit 34 tsl tires on 8in rims. I have them on my tracker with the same lift. i did have to do some trimming not much very easy to do. I have good power and still get 24 mpg around town/country. Tires are very aggressive and are not too  too loud but sounds good. I have stock gears and a 5speed. And she has 200 thousand miles on her.
