I ordered shocks, strut spacers, and camber bolts yesterday morning using paypal for payment and my paypal profile is still sayin that the payment i sent is still unclaimed..which means they never even accepted it yet. Like seriously wtf?? They wont answer any of my call and this is getting very irritating. Me and my buddies have a wheeling event in less then 3 weeks and i need my parts!!!! I cant even call boondox cause all they do is ignore me!!! Im sooo pissed!!!! >:(

Hmmm... Odd in my eyes... Mind you it was almost a year ago when I ordered my junk from Boondox and Steve was more than happy to answer any questions I had. I have heard rumours of them selling off the inventory due to lack of sales but can't confirm this.
Keep trying to call Steve... He may be just busy out back.

Sorry to hear that brah. I have heard recently of extemely slow response times from Boondox. I emailed Steve a few weeks ago regarding some pricing and parts in stock, and haven't heard a darn thing back. Makes ya kinda wonder, huh. Guess they don't want our money. I'd prolly look elsewhere.

but i already sent my 175 bucks through paypal...id go elsewhere if i got refunded...but to get refunded id have to get a hold of them...BUT I CANT!!!

Hmmmm, wow, that one sux. Can you cancel your payment via paypal? Or how about accessing your bank account and putting a stop payment on it. Seems very shady.

I ordered camberbolts from them using paypal and 2 weeks later I got an email from them saying the parts were shipped, if I wasn't overseas working right now I would have been choked. But I wasn't in a rush. I never noticed how soon the paypal payment was excepted, but I don't think I will be ordering anything else from them if their service is getting bad.

Hang on ppl lets not badmouth this place till we all know whats going on. Like I stated before... Keep trying till you get an answer. It's only been a couple days. After a week? Then worry...
When I had dealings with Boondox it was absolutely no issues at all. Even had a good chat with the owner Steve and he seemed all right to me. Give a chance before the bad mouthing begins.
