Does it come out without cutting the window channel? If so, how? I'm prepping a pair of doors for Silver and if I could take the glass out, it would make painting them easier...

super easy, i can do it in 2 mins. just remove door panel, there are 2 philips(mabey a bolt) screws to undo and you just slid the window out the top of the door.

same as what 1bigtracker said, and if you want, you can turn the glass 90 degrees, so the front of the glass comes out the top 1st.
you might have to wind the regulator all the way down AFTER you've undone the 2 screws or bolts. this gives you more room to rotate the glass in the door.
the glass should slide out on the OUTSIDE of the door frame.
hope this helps.

Thanks, guys. I got it out just fine and have one of the two doors I got prepped and painted already(well, the inside of it's painted, gotta flip it over and do the outside yet). Thanks again to Sean (Krusty's master)Devinney for the doors! Silver really needed them BADLY! LOL!!!

Actually, they were the doors off of Krusty! He left them behind at the campground on sunday at Gonzookin, gave them to Freebird who didn't even have a Track/kick and he gave them to me since my doors were a little (ok, a LOT) rusty. Beleive it or not, they are solid and straight! Maybe he just threw them on Krusty to get him to the event dry inside(it was raining all day friday...)
