Did I offend some one?
I Currently own a 97 Jeep Wrangler Running 33 on a 3 inch lift with the 5.2 V8 swaped into it.
I just traded my 97 Eclipse for this sweet lil 88 sami because we changed out the front axel for the guy and i tiook it on wheeling behind the shop and it was a hoot! We took it up some verticle inclinse and it kept up with the Big Jeep.
But I haven fooled with a sami before and could use a lil help.
Thanks again in advance for any advice.

1. The correct answer is to take it to a spring shop and have it re-sprung. Either that or use an add-a-leaf kit. I called Hawk Suzuki and had them send me a long spring instead of the standard add-a-leaf originally. It gave the springs a bit of curve back and didn't affect the ride.
I did notice that one spring pack had started to droop more then the other, so I used a pipe bender and a large hammer and re-arched one spring at a time until the entire pack was where I wanted it. It probably won't last as long as a professional job (and I know it's not the way your supposed to do it) but it seems to be holding up just fine. One of those 'We need this done, how can we do it right now' sort of things that worked out.
2. Probably a little bit, everyone I know who has had AC factory converted it to on-board air. ;D

1. Probably normal...samurai front springs set flat from the factory...rear springs usually have a little bit of arch to them, but not much.
2. Yes.
3. Probably 31s, maybe 33s, if you gear it right.
4. Probably either the sending unit in the tank, or a wire burnt/broke in two in the instrument cluster. The temp gauge and fuel gauge uses a common wire. If you open up the instrument cluster (you need to completely remove it from the dash), there are some hair thin wires on the back of the fuel and temp gauge....look for one of these being burnt/broke in two.
