Title: How hard to go 4WD in a 2002 Vitara?

I want to go solid front axle, lift, aftermarket txsfr case. Whats the best way to accomplish this as I am only familiar with larger breeds of 4WD vehicles.

looking for junkyard parts, not new and improved here. Just want to know what will fit, what isnt worth it.
