4.25:1 T-case gears and 5:83 ring n pinion if it's a 'Kick... If it's a Sammi then I might go with 6.5:1 t-case gears and also the 5:83's... Only one issue with the 5:83 gears... Good luck finding them.
As for yer clutch I would suggest a Center Force dual friction clutch pack. That might help but really it all depends on your driving style as well. Are you hard on the clutch? In most cases where I have seen 33" tires used there has not been much issues depending on the driver with the clutch. Then again I have seen people go through clutches like clean underwear but they are what I would call hard core drivers.

If you plan on going with 5.83's with transfer case gears like that and someday plan on going with a 1.6 engine you won't be doing any freeway driving, most go with 4.30's or 4.62's max with out screaming the engine too much on the highway, the 6.4 transfer case gears are fun, I run a petroworks clutch in mine it has a real soft pedal feel for me so I can keep from breaking too many things when going up aganst rocks and things and it does not break clutch cables, and costs about 212.00 or so (maybe gone up?) ya i'm cheap but I don't mind spending money for good products, there are a lot out there now for samurai's and have gotten better over the last couple of years you just have to do your research on them.
