Title: i need some help figuring out the best way to fi my timing, please help.

My friend just gave me an 87' Samurai hardtop. The timing is all messed up though because of the crack shaft. So I've been trying to find an adjustable cam sprocket; So I don't have to go through the process of replacing the crankshaft. If anyone knows where I could purchase one or know how to modify a stock cam sprocket to be able to adjust my timing. All advice and help would be very appreciative.
