Have a few questions about what I should do. I bought a 87 1.3 tin top. It was stock except for front bumper, winch, and 28" wore out mud/snow tires. ;D ;D
So far I've put on the SPOA from breeze 5.5" lift with rancho 5000 shocks and steering drop link. As soon as I'm done the rear lift I will be buying 31's as this seems to be the right size tire with out having to do to many other mods for now.
I will be using this as a bush/ hunting rig not rock crawling
As far as I know I have 3.73 diff gears not sure about transfer case? I Will be putting locker in the front diff would like an electric locker anyone know a supplier or brand? Is the rear limited slip? Should I put side kick diff gears in the diffs to gear it down a bit or will the stock gearing be sufficient for the 31's? Any recommend a brand of header and do you have to rejet after a installation?
Does anyone know if there is a Canadian dealer for the modified TJ bushwacker flares for the samurai Or should I just order from Rocky Road outfitters? Priced out the TJ flares (not modified) from Calgary shop they wanted $688 + freight where Rocky Road will be about $450 grand total. My big question is will a 1.6 8 valve or the 16 valve head bolt on to the 1.3 block without a lot of extra work ???
Kind of long winded but thanks in advance for any suggestions/answers.
