Title: Calmini Prob:( CALMINI struts making noise
Post by: S.Sidekick on September 13, 2007, 11:30:39 AM
alright, so i heared a thunking noise coming from the rear of the sidekick, when i checked it out the pasenger side rear strut had stripped its threads and become extremly lose, the guys who installed it took full responsibility, re-threaded it and put a lock nut on it.  now when ever i taker off from a stop, i sometimes hear a noise that sounds like its over tightend, but not always, DOES anyone elses calmini struts skweak or make noise?

if you have the full calmini lift kit the bushings in the suspension links are poly and need to be greased or they squeak.
