just send it to brent at trail tough.  it comes back all marked where to splice and you just plug and play.

i think it was a couple hundred. not sure. i sent mine up UPS came back the same way a week or two late.  some don't want to spend the money but to me hassle free is well worth it.look at there web site under engines and look at what they do.  hope this helps

its 300 dollars to have that done, i would rather do it myself if anyone out there has instructions on which wire you cut and which ones get spliced??????

You can download the FSM from:

http://www.suzukiinfo.com

There is a big section on the EFI and a schematic that shows all the parts and the wire colours. Before you rip it apart you should confirm that the wire colours are correct as there are some variations.

thank you for the information, maybe im confusing you on what im asking for. i have all the wire color information, i just need to know which ones you use, and which ones you remove, because from what i hear it starts with 150 wires and then you end up with about 50 wires that looks almost like a radio wiring harness...

I was referring to this schematic:

Remove all the wires not shown.

ok sorry if it seems like im retarded but i wanna make sure that i dont mess up my wiring harness. removes all the wires not shown on the
http://www.btinternet.com/~j_holland/docs/key.jpg document? meaning there should be like 39 wires left over? there are 37 wires marked, but 39 wire colors....what gives?

I never counted them. I suspect that they just used the same key that they used for another schematic. The FSM has over a hundred pages dedicated to the EFI, if you have a read through it you will get a very good understanding of it.
