if you go with 3" you will need a bump stop spacer to holdthe spring in place. if he doesnt make them i can.  stan

really....why do you need a bumpstop spacer to hold it all together?? the 2" spacers that i got from him have a lip on the top to hold the spring on there....i understand what your saying about the bumpstop, thou....i extended mine on the axle.....but is it really needed??

and another thought.....i can get used springs for 20 bones at a local junkyard off of a 4 door....would this combined with the 2" spacers give me the same lift as 3" spacers?? which would be less hassle??

geeeeoooo, I emailed you back, 37kicker is rightabout the bumpstops. My spacers do have a lip but it is only .5" tall, I personally would not trust only that to hold my springs in place. By the way to anyone else out there, I can make ANY size spacers you want, it just may not be the safest thing to run with!!

Well they would still be the same hassle, cause you would still have to remove the spring.  If you want to keep a decent ride in the rear go with a 3in spacer but if you don't mind a harsher ride then go with the 4door springs...and yes you will need a rear-arm spacer because that will provide flex and keep the ride smoother.  Plus if you don't use a spacer on the rear a-arm then it could end up busting due to the angle it would be at all the time.  Don't forget longer shocks too..

Good call museboy, I forgot about the shocks. You will need longer ones and an arm spacer as well.

so my crown vick shocks arent going to be long enough?? and i didnt extend the upper part of the bumpstop, i extended the lower portion on the axle, so the lip on the spacer holds mine together now with the 2" spacers...would the 3"ers be more dangerous this way?

well, im totally at a loss, and any opinions would be greatly appreaciated...or however thats spelled...lol....i dont know wheather to put on 3" spacers, super glue a 1" spacer to my 2" spacers already in, or to get some junkyard 4 door springs for my 2 door....what would you guys do?? this vehicle is basically my playtoy, not too many paved roads seen with it, but i want something thats going to be streetable.....any opinions??
