depends, if you want your tracker to ride like a caddy then OME.  but if you want flex but a harsh ride then calmini.

Or you can mix and match parts with the Calmini lift and have a decent riding, good clearance, good flexxing lift ;)

I've run the OME on both the swb and lwb. In my opinion it rides and handles better than the stock setup. Good at speed and and an easy install. I'd suggest using this with coil spacers, camber bolts, longer rear shocks than the OME and a spacer for the rear diff. I now have the Calmini 3" with the OME struts and ARB winch bar and winch on my lwb. Firm is the furthest from the description I would use. It has a very soft ride and flexs much more. I don't like the way it uses the springs as bumpstops but that's fixable. I find the nose dives more on hard braking causing the rear to unweight and lock the rear brakes more easily. It will give you more flex offroad, is built strong and you can mod it further if you want.

The RR kit comes with the DT shocks. They have more travel than stock. You don't need a spacer with the 2.5" lift. If you want a soft ride then get the lighter springs...I have the heavier springs in mine and the ride is very firm...but I like it that way.

On my rig the Calmini lift rode AWESOME.  The thing that I know I will regret the most about changing out running gear is losing the ride on rough trails :'(
