I was wondering if any of you guys know what it would be? It is really pissing me off, because I have NO clue was it would be...So, if any of you know what it could be, PLEASE HELP ME!!

My first guess would be the wiper switch went south on ya.

Do they run? If they do, is their sweep normal, but they just park in the wrong position?
Or are they folded up in windshield-cleaning position just waiting for you to push them back down on the window?

They work. They work normally, just instead of sitting parallel to the windsheild frame, they are vertical. Everything works, they are just in the wrong position.
