Well, just in case something should break in the middle of nowhere I will still be able to tow it out. How heavy duty do the trailer axles have to be? I saw this the other day and wondered if these would work. I have not had the chance to weigh the Sidekick lately so I'm not sure how much it weighs these days
Any ideas
All of the Jocko flatbed trailers have a 3500 lb rated axle. We have several different sizes right now:
6.5 x 14: $899
6.5 x 12: $869
6.5 x 10: $839
6.5 x 8: $799

I have a two axle trailer with a 12' bed and I find it just about perfect for hauling the Zuki's around on. Any shorter and you run the risk of not having enough angle on your tie downs to secure the vehicle. You can reduce the size needed by using the tie downs that go over your tires though, a friend hauls his Samurai on a 10' deck using this method.
If you are going to tow a vehicle, I would make sure you have trailer brakes. It is just silly to haul that much of a load without the extra control brakes give you. Especially when you are coming down a hill.

Any ideas or suggestions on where to get one in SoCal
And if so any guesstimate on prices roughly
