Title: Diagnostic Scan Tool
Post by: pitttracker on September 29, 2007, 11:24:27 AM
I have decided to purchase a Diagnostic Scan Tool for my 2000 Tracker 2.0.

What have you purchased and what has been your experience?

I'm not looking into buying a top of the line unit given that it will hopefully have very little use but I do want one that will read the Suzuki codes as I gather not all scan tools will.

Thoughts and comments are welcome.  Thanks.

I have 2, 1st is a Mac Mento about $3000and the other is an Inova ODB Scantool. The Mac will give me to much info and the Inova will tell me Check Engine lights and freeze frame data and its about $100 I bought mine off the tool truck but they have them at Wal Mart

I was looking at the Innova 3110 - which gives you the freeze frame data.  Is that what you have, benzr2?  Will it read the specific Suzuki codes?  Thanks.
