Title: need some help which wire is the tach wire?

wondering if anybody knew what wire powers the tach under the hood?. i installed a msd box and now my tach dosent work. i need to find it so i can plug it into the msd box..

i used the connector on the middle of the firewall, the one that has the three wires into nothing one is a brown and black or brown and blue dot wire. try them. or if fuel injected orange wire off coil
