Title: Suzuki Swift,1.3 DOC

While searching for engine parts,I keep seeing thing listed for samurai and swift 1.3.Will a swift DOC engine bolt up in a samurai? ???

Yes, the 'twin cam' 1.3 found in the Swift GT will bolt to the Samurai Transmission and will use the same engine mounts. The major mod is that the firewall needs a bit of a trim for the distributor, however, some have mixed and matched ignition parts to make the dizzy work without a firewall modification. There is also a 1.3 8 valve engine that was in the Swift and Metro that is even more similar to the Samurai engine.
