hey im doin a body lift going to runn 30's for my daily driving and 33's on the trails. i beleive to have 5:12s but not sure though i have 94 1.6 16v 5 speed is my setup.

If you want to run 33's you are going to have to make a lot of changes. Including gearing and trimming.

OK, start with 6 inches of lift, Calmini is the best, add the Hagen Widening to move the front tire out and forward. Trim back the front fender. Trim back the front bumper or replace with aftermarket. Extend the bump stops if needed to limit up travel rubbing. Adjust the steering stops to keep the tires off the frame. Install a 4lo kit in the transfer case. Install 5.83 RP's if you can find them. After that the rear axle over rotation, CV upgrades, rear axle shaft upgrade, OME struts, engine mods, clutch upgrade, locker install, rockrail install, skid plates, etc. are up to you.
32" tires? see above.

The stock 3rd member held up fine for me with 31" boggers. That is untill i got all 4 tires onto solid rock. Replace it with a steel one.

i had soem 33x12.5's on my kick, with a welded rear and it worked greta except for it was real hard ont he clutch if i was on tight trails.
