Post by: SnoFalls on October 16, 2007, 08:20:11 PM

I'm ready to pull the trigger on a Doug Thorley header, but not sure yet if the calmini is a better one or not?

I bought a hawk header, but it required a ball flange to be welded in place.  After 6 months of owning it and not installing it, i went ahead and sold it.  If it had have bolted in, it would have been in straight away, but since it required welding, it was more $$$

If the Doug Thorley does bolt right up, i'd just use that.

Calmini's comes in stainless, which is nice the the rusty states like where I live.

One final note ...

TrailTough simply rocks ... I ordered monday noonish and big brown dropped off today.

I've ordered from them about 4-5 times now and each time it's been decent prices, fast shipping, and good pre/post sales support.

Cheers to Brent/Linda/staff ... well done.
