Stan,
We've got some guys in our Club running them. They are happy so far although one is going to swap his for a different one as he feels it is a little sloppy compared to what is in the rock crawling buggy http://www.yuri4x4.com/rear_drive.php but it is a lot more $$$. There was also someone down here who made their own for their buggy but it's not for road use. It is based on a front output and has a cut and shut countershaft and a custom housing. So far the Trail Tough ones have held up fine with no breakages. I'm looking at putting one (from when the other guy swaps to a Yuri) on my Kick case. I have already got my output drilled and tapped for a slip yoke eliminator ready for a Toy tailshaft. I'm thinking of running a solenoid to actuate it instead of another lever.

who makes the one he's looking to swap to . i'm just gathering info , for my x-90 project. thought it would be great to have front & rear independant drives. stan

It's made by Yuri4x4. The link is in my post. They are very good but $$$. The boys are using them in their comp rigs. The Trail Tough is a lot cheaper.
