Is there anywhere (other than salvage yard) to get a replacement T-Case shift knob? Mine has had all the little plastic inserts for the numbers come loose, and the screw that holds it in place is missing, so it sits and spins while I'm driving down the road and has a tendency to just pop off the shaft if I hit a bump. I know I could just replace the screw but haven't had time to go to a hardware store and try to find the correct size to replace it. I'd really like a new knob too.
