Finally got the body lift on.That should end the slight fender rub in extreme flex conditions,Made em out of 1-1/4" round tubing 2" long with flat washers welded top and bottom.I cut the stock body to frame studs flush with the bottom of the pan then drilled thru the from the inside for bolts to pass thru the floor, tube, rubber bushings and frame mounts.Looks and feels pretty rugged.(http://www.eye-irritant.com/august2004/lifted004.jpg)(http://www.eye-irritant.com/august2004/lifted005.jpg)
(http://www.eye-irritant.com/august2004/lifted003.jpg) Man it finally frosted here in east T.N. last night that should slow down the grass cuttin! (more time to build!) M.Z. ;D

Make sure you put a big, thick
washer between the body and
the bolt so it can't pull thru from
stress or in a crash, we don't want
any escape pods now do we ;)

The way Ive got the body attached to the frame for it to seperate from an impact you probably wouldnt survive anyway, but you bringing up the escape pod thought Wild it would be like a marble in a tin can bouncing down the side of a mountain WHEW What A Ride! And Biggerhammer Im in New Market ,T.N. kinda half way between Knoxville and Jefferson City . Later M.Z. ;D

Hey Shoyrtt The tires are 33x12.5x15Super Swampers,I kinda wished I had went with 35's with the gearing I have its still geared a little low for highway but real good off road.
