it is happening to me too.  i see UMO's.  (Unidentified moved objects)

WHen does this happen? When you go to the DIY section?

What "DIY section" ... none of us see this mysterious "DIY section" ...

Have you checked that it is visible by non-admins?

logout ebewley, create a brand new user (shmo), login and user schmo, and try to find the new section ...

I see nothing wrong.  Try clearing your cache (f5 with ctl pressed).

It seems to be there for me now (and I had been clearing the cache all along).
