It looks decent besides the faded paint and has really low mileage. I might take a drive out and look at it..

I'd try to get it for $1000 if i could because im cheap, but yeah its more then worth $1,400 if that's actull mileage and no major damage has been done..
-
ya well some trackers only have the 5 digit odometer and they think they can fool people and say its got 50,000 miles when its really got 150,000 miles. we'll see... ::)
-
email him first for the vin # & do a carfax that way you can tell for sure
-
Look at the brake and gas pedal and also the floor right benieth the gas paddle for excesive wear...these areas won't be wore out after only 50,000. Also the steering wheel should still have some texture unless the owner was a roofer and had shingle grit on his hands ;)

only the early ones , that 1 should have a 6 digit odo

I paid 3300 for my 95 sidekick with 97000 miles. I would do it again anytime!!! The vehicle in my opinion is worth 1400 just for the gas mileage alone!!!

Yeah, waste everyone's time and embarass yourself asking for a Carfax on a 15 year old, $1400 Suzuki. Super idea!!!! :P ::)
All kidding aside though...It's a great price if there are no major defects on the trucklet. I think it's a really cool unique one too, being a black two toor tintop with alloy wheels. It's definetly worth the trip out to look at it. As long as it runs, drives, and isn't completely rotted away underneath when you get there, BUY IT!! If, that is, you get there before me. >:D Oh, and it can't hurt to try offering a grand either, like that other guy said.

How is a carfax a waste of time & embarassing?
i dont get what you ment...

Well I'm real good friends with a used car lot owner so I get free carfaxs. No biggie for me

At least in my area a tracker with that price tag would already be sold so car fax would be pointless as you can part out the thing for twice that.

I understand that, i live in idaho, near spokane. i payed $3200 for a sidekick sport in fair shape with 144,000 on it...i admit that after that kicks twice as nice with lower miles have appeard for the same or less money..but thats how it allways is...
BUT, i was just saying a carfax would verify the honesty of the seller, had nothing to do with what it was worth as a whole...

The door problem is probably what makes it so cheap. If you can fix that permanently, you should be good to go.
