Title: Propane starting ?????

I installed the gotpropane kit. Love it. Runs great. Only I have a question. When I go to start it, I turn the key and start cranking. it won't fire up. If I go to the mixxer and press the button on top for a few seconds, it seems to charge the system, then it fires right up. What have I done wrong???? Something isn't right.

What kind of safty feature does it have to let it know that the engine is running and not stalled? does it have a wire that hooks to the ignition coil or vac. line to the manifold ?
