Title: help, just photo concern

i'm trying to upload photo's of my sidekick named "the dozer", but when i try the server is saying my attachtment is to big or take to long. anything i cna do bout this???

Microsoft has an image resize tool that works great.  Just right click on the picture and choose the new size.
