i tried to post pics and it said the file was too big any tips?

Kinda depends what software you have on your computer..
If you're using Windows XP, this should do the trick:

There are other options, but you're probably best off just signing up for a free photobucket.com account and using that. You can either use their functionality to resize, or just insert img links in your posts.
Edit: I have no access to Vista, but maybe this will help.

1st get rid of vista.... but if you're pics are too large a simple way of reducing them is to right click on the photo, select open with, choose paint, save as .jpg, pics should fit after this.

I had the same problem. I sent them through my documents as an e-mail to myself and it asks me if I want the pics sent smaller and shazam they there were for me to post.

http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe this website works great with windows xp, i tried that iran view thing and it just created cadywompus files as well. get xp and download that website software and u'll be good to go!

xp is like $120 so i thought i would stick with vista?

u could use a photoshop and make the pic smaller then it should upload
