Title: ps a/c belt tensioner

hi'
i have a 2000 grand vitara that keeps breaking ps belt,i noticed the tensioner does not spin with the belt or by hand,did a search online and cannot find a new one ,,any ideas on fixing this one or finding another? thanks in advance

I believe the tensioner pulley is that for the Power Steering Pump, and it will be listed as that.

Suzuki Part # 49160 - 77E01
