Title: Wheel Question for LWB 95 Track/kick
Post by: mallard75 on February 23, 2008, 05:18:22 AM
I just saw a listing in Craigs List for the following:

"Four 15x8" steel, white spoke wheels with a 5x5.5" bolt pattern. Fits Jeep CJ5, should also fit certain Fords. "

Is there any chance in h*** these would fit a 95 4 door Track/kick ???  hope so, I called the guy and told him to hold em for me.  He is asking $40 for the set.

Yes.

If the center hole is the right size then they WILL work! I can't recall what that measurement is so you should measure your TracKick's hub hole first before buyng them.

I have a set of Ford Bronco Spoked wheels on my Samurai (wheels are interchangable between a Samurai and a Trackick).  They have pretty good backspacing and don't rub with 9.5 x 30 BFG ATs.  The backspacing might make the tires and wheels sit pretty far out on a TracKick causing some rubbing...

If the backspacing does not work for your TracKick, you can always sell the set to a Samurai owner!

Hope that this helps!

If they fit the CJ they will fit. It is the Ford wheels you need to keep an eye on as the center hole maybe to small to fit over the hub.

F-150 rims don't fit unless you make the center hole bigger. CJ rims work without any modification.
