Trying to get my targa bar off and of course i have 2 bastard bolts for the center top piece that wont budge, the impact driver worked on all but these 2 any help would be great.

Heat is your friend...
The factory used a lot of locktite on those fasteners. I have been successful in disassembling a Targa by heating the heads of the fasteners with a propane torch like you would use to sweat-solder copper plumbing pipe together. The heat causes the locktite to break down.
DO NOT use this method at the same time with any liquid wrench type product! Open flames and aerosol can products (particularly petroleum-based aerosol can products) do NOT mix well!

Will do thanks ack :)

A punch and hammer will loosen those screws also without causing scorch marks. I have yet to try to loosen one of those screws with a heat wrench.

There needs to be more stickys on here, this question comes up quite a bit, but I will stick by my 350 lb. air hammer and a #3 bit with a small cresent wrench to get them off without dammage. You can get the long throw air hammers on sale for about 19.00 and it would be the best 19 bucks spent for one of these rigs.
