I like to use PB BLASTER. You can get it at any auto parts store . works the best

sick tell me how it goes mines a 94 4 door. but any of these body lifts work with the suspension lifts right?
-
the body lift and suspension lifts have nothing to do with each other. any combination of body and suspension lifts will work on your rig.

This is the best step by step instructions that i have found for a BL if needed..http://www.izook.com/tech/tracker/kicklift/bodylift.htm
hope it helps... im doin my Rocky-Road BL in two weeks

If Sky has not updated his instructions since I installed his 1" kit when you do the pass. side you need to loosen the fuel fill tube from the body too the tank. I fought with that issue untill I realised what was hanging the body up.
And other than the time fighting with the fuel tube, I think it only took an hour or so to install it.

You might need to bend your tranny shifter a little. Spend some time playing around with the shifter boots too, make sure your shifters aren't simply riding the synchros or they won't last long.

Not a big problem with the boots as the boots on the body will slide up the shifter shafts.

i didn't even use the extension for the fuel....... you will have to do some modifying on the air intake..... they don't tell you about that either.
