I call it a rear v bar. Sounds good to me.
-
It's also referred to as "The upper link" or "upper a-arm".
-
Is it a rear control arm?
-
Kind of, but not really.
The rear control arms are the 2 lower arms from the frame to the axle.
I guess "upper control arm could work", but it's really the Upper a-arm or Upper v-link.
-
i call it the rear upper 3rd link
-
Well are the bushings the same for the rear control arms as the upper a-arm?
-
On qaparts.com they have a listing for a "control arm rear upper driver" would that be the part I'm looking for???
-
yes

No. The lower control arms use lower control arm bushings. The upper a-arm, upper 3rd link, upper v-link uses bushes made specifically for it.
