Title: Dodge ram 1500 rims?
Post by: BIG DOG on February 28, 2008, 06:34:44 PM
Does anyone know if the newer dodge ram 1500 rims will work on a tracker ?Or is there too little back spacing? One like this 16" 7" wide I don't know what the back spacing is it is a 5.5 bolt pattern. Can't upload the picture I'm still having that problem........And I know my pics are small enough!

It looks like some wherer i the later 90's the 1500 Dodge went form 5x4.75 to 5x5.5. Make sure you are getting what they claim. I saw 2000 and up on line stating that they were 5 x 5.5 but no comments on back spacing.

they do not fit.....   my neighbor rolled me over a spare of his, and the lug pattern will fit, but the center of the rim will not, due to auto locking hubs, idk.... i know they are too small of a hole in the center of the rim....  my 2 pennies...

I'm not concerned about the center hole these rims have been bored out what I'm wondering is the back spacing. If it is good they are 16" rims and I can get the new BFG mud terrain as they only come in a 16" size right now .if I go to a 15" rim it will be the old mud terrain. That's why I'm trying or playing around with so many options.
