Title: Samurai draw bar/hitch capacity?

Hi was wondering if anyone know the weight capacity for a samurai stock factory draw bar/hitch bar, I just wanted to tow a mower around on a small trailer very short distances at under 40mph. Total weight would be less that 2000 lbs for trailer and mower, is this safe?

No.  The big problem is the fact that the Samurai is, itself very light - around 2200 pounds.

Because of this, you really want to be very careful about the load you hook up to the truck.

It's at the bottom of page 21:

Max gross tongue weight = 100 pounds
Max gross trailer weight = 1000 pounds
