Title: windsheild frame?

IS a SJ410 the same as a samurai? I know its dumb but i was not sure?

Yes, you can swap between them.  However the Samurai does not have the fold down kit so you will need to get some of your parts of the SJ-410 Windshield.

Can anybody help me find a good Windshield frame in BC canada? Mine is very rusty!!! And the new ones a way to much! Any help would be great!
