Well I figured out the starter teeth are probably shot witch is causeing the horrible noise on startup.
But as I was taking it on it's second inagural run to show my fiance that it was running. I put the clutch(brand new just installed Centerforce Dual Friction) to the floor and it stuck, peddle came back up but the arm that the throw out bearing is attached will not release. Got underneath to see if I could persuade it to move, no luck there.
Towed it home thankfully was only a block away.
Any way is there a way to get the clutch arm to come loose with out having to take it all apart again.
Is it possible that the throwout bearing has become crooked in the housing?
Also has anyone else who has this clutch in a Samura noticed that it makes noise. It was making a metal grinding sound, only did it once, while I was driving.
Any help from the great minds on this board would be greatly appretiated.
Thanks
Bash

You should not be hearing any such sounds as metal grinding. I suspect the throwout bearing is seriously out of position, which is why the clutch arm is stuck. I am pretty sure you are going to have to pull everything back apart and install a new throwout bearing at least. You did install a new one, right. ALWAYS new throwout bearing any time the clutch is out due to the amount of work involved with pulling it. Never clean any sealed grease bearing old or new with solvent or it will fail.

check the snout on the front of the trans where the throw out rides for wear, petroworks sells a rebuilt one with brass on it.

I put in new everything clutch, flywhee,l pilot bearing, throwout bearing.
when I get it all apart again I'll check the snout out.

Sounds like clutch chatter. could be caused by lots of things but i suspect the throughout bearing as a bove is out of postion, or backwards, it should have a flange that locks it to the fork. could be the presure plate is not torqued correctly, if you dont use a cris cross torque like on the head bolts or lugnuts, the you can warp that plate and after using it the "Fingers of the presure plate will be out of alignment , and it will cause clutch to get stuck in or out,but it makes unequal presure on the clutch when engaged causing a metal on metal sheering noise, or a metal rateling noise, cause the clutch disk is Vibrating in between the presure plate and flywheel.
any way my .02 I would crack it loose and take a look at the fingers, and maby realign the disk and retorque the presre plate, definatly if all the fingers are not equal.
the clutchdisk on my acura exploded because the presure plate was not torqued right. "befor I bought it"

We torqued everything in a criss cross pattern, as my uncle told me when I was first learning torque everything like a star.
