Well I finally installed a locker in the Kick the other night. It definatly drives a little different that w/o one but isn't as bad as I thought it might be. I have one in my BroncoII but it is an automatic and you can hardly even tell that it is back there. Going wheeling this weekend to test her out - can't wait.

PS - maybe I can go in the medium group at this years Powerfest now ;)

Well, how was it?

What kind of locker did you install?
Now get out there and enjoy the new found traction. :)

I am going out on Sat - I forgot when I typed my original post that it was still the weekend. Will report back with some pictures as well. I was also handed 2 TSL's today for free! 31/11.5r15's. So if i can find 2 more by the weekend She might also have some new tires as well.
Derek
Ps - it was a Lockrite
-
heck run them in the rear if you have 31's already.
-
how was the install? pretty basic or no?
I am going to attempt this in my zuk with a lockrite
-
The install was easy. Just remember to mark the adjusters on the carrier bearings when you take it apart and recheck the backlash when putting it back together. And don't rush - thats how you make mistakes.
