Title: Lifting a 1986 Samurai
Post by: cur_dog on May 03, 2008, 07:04:04 PM
I have a 1986 Samurai. It's completely stock except for 215 mud tires. I'm wanting to lift it 2-3" and would like to find the smoothest riding lift. I will drive it some on the street and then on the roads on our deer lease. It's is either pavement, dirt roads or mud.

Any ideas on the smoothest riding lift? I do not want to go over 2-3" of lift.

Thanks!

how much money are you wanting to spend? These should work spring under as well.

Specially designed to handle the rigors of the Spring-over Samurai. They provide better ride, more articulation, greater durability, and 2" of more lift then the original stock springs.

Front Springs
Item# BES-300F  Price $200 per pair

Rear Springs
Item# BES-300R  Price $240 per pair

Price is not a huge issue. I just want a smoother ride than stock and run a little bigger tire size.

I will check into the trail tough springs.

Anyone use Old Man Emu springs?
