I'm installing Boondox 2.5" - 3" springs on my 95 4 door Sidekick. I've got the springs in and OME Struts on, but I can't get the passenger side half shaft to go all the way into the front diff....... I checked for binding, tried to line up the splines. It just won't go in. Is it supposed to slide right in or does it require some force? Is there something i'm doing wrong? My Kick is apart in my driveway and it's my daily, so any advice or help would be great..... Thanks.

Are you reusing the same axles? I boughts an axle from AZ last year that didn't have the splines very cleanly machined at the tips and I had to file the splines with a small file to make fit. Also the circlip can jam if they are too open, check for marks showing if they don't compress far enough to fit. it should pop in with a little force, like that of a good two handed shove or medium whack with a brass hammer. if you really hammer on it you risk dammaging and binding or even breaking off the circlip. Could you be putting the wrong size splines back in? 26 axle in a 22 spline side gear?
