I'm going to look at a 92 Samurai, 1.3 FI, SPOA 32" tires.
The Samurai has 55,000 miles and besides the lift ,tires and header, everything is stock.
Questions,
What would be a good tire size for that set up? the 32" seem a little big to me. He says it hauls butt right now the way it is, no fith gear.
If I keep the tires, what would be some good gears to go with in the t-case and/or diffs.
Any good or bad thought on the 92 FI Samurai's?

32" are fine, get a set of crawler gears for your t-case and you'll be set because they lower the low AND HIGH range. This'll give you 5th gear back and a nice crawl for the trails. 92 FI Samurai is cool...
Good find, -Eric

I have a 1991, and from what I understand, there is no difference, from the 1992.
I have 28-inch tires on mine, and I run 70-MPH on the freeway. I would not even consider 32-inch with stock gears.
I am exceptionally pleased with the FI. I have had two problems, that were typical, but became an issue because I do not know anyone with a FI Zuki. I would not trade for a carb Zuki.
I have a TTYJ kit, OTT steering and 4:1 transfer I will put in next month (hopefully).
