Any tricks for removing the steering knuckle from the lower control arm? I am trying to replace a cv boot... can't get that mutha off... Any tips?

I guess I need the separator tool... sorry.

if you're talking about the ball joint on the a-arm, it can be unbolted from the arm. three bolts.
at least on mine.
i did it that way to avoid the pickle fork damage to the dust boot.
anyway, that allowed me to swing the strut/knuckle/hub assembly enough to get the axle out of it.
support that arm!

Also, give a little bit more time for people to respond. Most people only check the board once or twice a day. Unless they live on the net like me. :D
