My tensioner pulley's been dying for much of the last year, but lately it's been increasingly grouchy. End of Days is drawing near..
I did some internet seaching and didn't (so far) find anyone selling one for the V6s; the local Suzuki dealer is asking $140....plus tax.
I don't want to go used.
Anybody know of a kick-ass source? I assume the 2.7 and 2.5 part will be the same. I also assume the one for the 2.0 is different....right? Because I did find a source for that one.
My specific case: 2002 XL-7 2.7 I'm not sure about hyphens or anything, but partsdude read the number to me as 4916077E01.

is it metal or plastic, on My wife's pathfinder the pulley was metal and after talking to the dealer buttheads I went and found a new bearing from a bearing supplier here in town for $2.00 , I thought that was a little better then 90. for the pulley. You might be able to replace the bearing in a plastic one if you carfull

Mine has been running for 270,000 miles, should I replace it???
or would it affect horsepower of the turbo kick ;)

Metal. Unfortunately, right now the truck is my only set of wheels, so I can't be monkeying around with it much.
