build new rear bumper, hookup lights , signals and brake lights work, no tail lights, and when the signal is on and i hit the brakes i get a buzzing noise at the dash, and the signal dims, cannot get tail lights or side lights to work.
checked all bulbs and replace some, cannot get power to tail lites, red blue wire, fuse looks ok
also gas gauge works off and on i think it is the ground, cannot find?
