I was looking hard at the front suspension
design I was working on, and I have come
to the conclusion that I can't use a single
longer and heavier spring, there just isn't
enough room to get the parts I want to make
in there, so I'm thinking of twin Coilovers, one
front side and one backside of the A-arms,
so I guess in a few months I might have a coilover,
widened and taller front suspension system
Man this is going to get expensive, but the
result should be worth while, I can even get
a heavier spring than what I think I need for
more of a level ride height

Why not think air suspension. There are air struts for the front, and air bags for the rear. The air struts replace the original struts and remove the coil, and the rear bags replace the rear coils.

are you looking for somthing like a duel rate coilover? one with harder springs for road use and a softer spring for off road.

No, I just need a 650-700 Lb
spring rate to keep the front end
from sagging, and I can't find any
higher rate than 400 Lb for a single
Coilover Spring

that all depends on how much money you have. ;)

I'm making a air system for my truck using firestone air bags form the lift axles on dump trucks and a air compresor with an air tank and a electric dump valve for ajustability. Hope that helps.

i wanna lift it.... i no they make an adjustable air suspension set up for wranglers....
thanx

wrangers have soild front axles, so they could adjust it with out haveing camber issues, now a tracker haveing IFS you would have all kinds of camber issues trying to get it just right for road use.

when your off road it wont mater what the camber is like as long as its not too extreme of a lift. Set the suspension for road use and dont exseen a 1.5 of lift ,your camber wont be that bad.
I'm spacing the bags to where the truck is at now and then only lifting it an other 1" for offroading, 1" wont bother the camber that bad, Maybe a digrees or so.

Here are some links to air suspensions. AiRock is the one for the coiled Jeeps and here is the installation instructions http://www.offroadonly.com/products/suspension/airock/airock5.shtml Look over the whole function of the controlability of the system. To place the bag in the Jeep, you have to cut the bumpstop tube and have capability to get at the top of the coil mount for securing the air bag and the feeder line. Not real easy to do with the Suzuki's.

Look at the angle of the body, stu. He was demonstrating the control he has over the suspension with airbags.
