Title: Canadian convoy to Powerfest
Post by: derekj on July 19, 2008, 10:36:55 PM: Does anyone else from BC want to go to Powerfest this year? It takes about 10 hours to get there from Vancouver but is worth all the driving. I have been the only Canadian for the last 3 years and I know there are a few more of us on the board. My plan is to leave around 9 am on Oct 17.

The Adventure challenge we're adding this year will be similar to the TTC only there will not be tasks stations along the way. More of a pure navigation and driving challenge.

Post by: derekj on August 21, 2008, 09:23:17 PM: There are usually 3 different groups. Easy, medium, and hard. The easy groups do trail runs and the hard group plays in the rock garden and some of the short hard trails. There is a little bit of everything for everybody. Check out some of the pictures from last year.....

And your two weeks after the Trophy challenge... I have been meaning to visit my Grandma down in Oregon. :D

Sorry bud can't make it this year, I'm going to Zuks on the rock and it's on the same weekend.
