Title: Trail Tough YJ Kit / Sky SPOA / SKY Highsteer
Post by: Spokerider on July 26, 2008, 10:34:19 AM
I'm thinking of ordering the TT YJ spring kit with the missing links front and rear, and the SPOA kit [ mostly Sky's parts ] for the shocks, brakelines, spacers, shock mounts, spring mounts, etc from Low Range. Also considering Sky's crossover high steerinig set-up, looking for feedback, good or bad,  on their steering system too.

Anybody installed these items on a sami?

I'm looking for feedback particularly on how the kit/s went together, fit, function, well made or not......., any mods necessary to get it together properly etc.

Thanks

Both are good kits. I've read about more problems with Sky than TT.

That sounds like a good plan to me. I also bought the six pack yj's from t.t. while I was at it, there price was great on the springs but they only give the discount when you buy the yj kit with them, I also use the sky rear housing and shock mounts and perches but ford shock towers from t.t. and shocks from t.t. but you could put on rancho 9ooo's if you want adjustable. I also run t.t. brake lines.
