Title: 4x4 dash light wont go out

Is there some kind of switch that controls the 4x4 light on the dash when you shift into 4 wheel. Mine stays on all the time and it seems to be disengaging, I can hear my automatic lockers kick out and I know I m not in four wheel cus i can spin rear tires 92 geo tracker lsi....... HELP PLEASE

the switch on your transfer case may be bad and sticking causeing you light to stay on
